Angular acquired La Carbonaia in 2009 and led its redevelopment and expansion. The intervention covered approximately 10,000 sq m, bringing the property to around 15,000 sq m of total gross lettable area.
The park is home to retail businesses and services. Ongoing management focuses on the quality of the spaces and the evolution of the tenant mix in response to local demand.
